6:30 PM - Depart for Hotel (7150 Sawmill Rd., Columbus, OH 43235) will be picked up in student parking lot.

7:00 PM - Stopping at Indian Lake for dinner

11:00 PM - Lights Out

Thursday 5-1-25

8:00 AM - Leave for convention center

8:30 AM - Arrive at Convention Center

• Gibson & everyone set up the proficiency display, all will stay in the Brickner building. Emily report to Reporter station.

9:15 AM - Go to the Celeste Center for session 1. Go find seats, on the floor OR lower bleachers for 15 people (102, 104, 105, 113-117 open for seating) send text on location

• Tyler will go sit with the charitable contributions (112 C-F) 
  • These are located to the left of the stage, they are labeled, and people in yellow polos will be there to help you. When finished go to saved seats.
• When the session is finished we will get pictures outside

 12:00 (Following session #1)

• Logan & Makinzee will go to the lunch with the delegates, located at the Rhoades Center. Make sure AET is on your phone & you know your login.
• The rest of us will go to the Brickner Building where food is available, shopping, going through booths, and activities.

1:50 PM - Head to the Convention Center for 2nd session

• Group, Gibson, Kinzee Parents and Sister
• Kinzee will go to Proficiency Awards Recognition Seating (112 G-K)
• Following session pictures of Kinzee then leave for dinner. Emily will stay with reporter group.

5:30 PM - Arrive at Top Golf , 2000 Ikea Wy, Columbus, OH 43240

Friday 5-2-25

8:20 AM - Leave the hotel for the convention center

8:50 AM - Arrive at the convention center

9:15 AM - Go to the Celeste Center for session 4. Go find seats, on the floor OR lower bleachers for 10 people (102, 104, 105, 113-117 open for seating) send text on location

• Kinzee to Secretary Award (112 A-F)
• Emily to Reporter Award (112 L-S)  

1:15 PM - Reservations at the Cheesecake Factory, 1566 Polaris Pkwy #124, Columbus, OH 43240

4:45 PM - At the latest, arrive at Convention Center (advise parents to be there at 5:30 PM)

5:45 PM - 5th Session B Starts

• Gibson & Parents in Seats
• Makinzee, Alivia, Adelyn, & Rex (for Hayden) will go to State Degree Recognition Seating (111)
• Following the session pictures of everyone and their parents
• Leave for home. Will stop if people are hungry in Marysville or Indian Lake.

Information for Trip

• Cost $70 per student staying both nights (only have to pay once) pay by May 12th
• Bring official dress for the convention (BOTH DAYS), swimsuit, regular clothes, and PJs for the hotel
• Money for lunch at the convention center, dinner at Top Golf and shopping
• Room 1: Kenadi, Makinzee & Emily
• Room 2:Adelyn & Alivia
• Room 3: Logan, Rex, Harold, & Tyler
• Chapter is paying: Top Golf Experience & Cheesecake Factory
