3:30 PM - Depart for Hotel (7150 Sawmill Road, Columbus, Ohio 43235) will pick up in student parking lot

6:30 PM - Clippers Game

Thursday 4-30-26

8:00 AM - Leave for Convention Center

8:30 AM - Arrive at the convention center

• Gibson & everyone set up the proficiency display, Emily to Reporter items

9:15 AM - Go to the Celeste Center for session 1. Go find seats, on the floor OR lower bleachers for 15 people (102, 104, 105, 113-117 open for seating) send text on location

• ______ will go sit with the charitable contributions (112 C-F) 

  • These are located to the left of the stage, they are labeled, and people in yellow polos will be there to help you. When finished, go to the saved seats.

• When the session is finished, we will get pictures outside.

12:00 (Following session #1)

• Logan & Alison will go to lunch with the delegates, located at Rhodes Center. Make sure AET is on your phone & you know your login. 

• The rest of us will go to the Brickner Building, where food is available, shopping, going through booths, and activities.

1:50 PM - Head to the Convention Center for 2nd session

• Group & Gibson will find seats

• Kinzee will go to Proficiency Awards Recognition Seating (112 G-K)

• Following session pictures of Kinzee. 

• Emily stay with reporter, the rest will leave grounds for dinner.

4:30 PM Leave for dinner at the end of this session

5:30 PM - Report for 3rd session

• Group & Gibson will find seats

• Alli T. will go to Proficiency Awards Recognition Seating (112 G-K)

• Following session pictures of Alli.

1:45 PM - 5th Session Starts A

Information for Trip

• Cost $70 per student staying both nights (only have to pay once) pay by April 24th

• Bring official dress for the convention (BOTH DAYS), swimsuit, regular clothes, and PJs for the hotel

• Money for lunch and dinner on Wednesday and Friday at the convention center/eating location and shopping if so choose.
