Giving students the opportunities to apply skills that are learned in the real life, and open them up to the wide range of opportunities in agriculture.

Chapter President	Logan Schlemmer	I am a 4th year FFA member. I am taking capstone this year. My SAE projects are: Schlemmer Farms LLC, Schlemmer Turkey Farms, and Monroe Livestock Auction.
Chapter Vice President	Alison Owens	This will be my 3rd year in the FFA. I have market sheep & hogs and work on Owens Farms for my SAE projects. I am taking Agribusiness Management.
Chapter Secretary	Makinzee Williamson	I am a 4thyear member. I am currently in capstone. I have an unpaid placement at Williamson Stables.
Chapter Historian	Emily Adams	I am a 4th year FFA member. I am taking Agribusiness Management and Greenhouse Management. My SAE projects are a MUM sales and my home garden.
Chapter Chaplain	Austin Yinger	This is my second year in FFA. I have a job placement at Marcarl Farms. I am taking Mechanical Principles this year.
Chapter Student Advisor	Alecta Baxter	I am a second year FFA member. I am taking Animal & Plant Science and Mechanical Principles. My SAE projects are market hogs, Gibby's Photos, and my home garden.
Chapter Treasurer	Alli Thatcher	This will be my 3rd year in the FFA. My SAE projects are breeding sheep and dairy feeders. I am in greenhouse management, mechanical principles, and agribusiness management.
Chapter Sentinel	Harold Smazenko	I am a second year FFA member. I am taking Animal & Plant Science. My SAE projects are HS Lawncare and Smazenko Farms.
Chapter Reporter	Emily Lichtle	I am in my 4th year in the FFA. I am taking Greenhouse Management this year. My SAE project is Laudicks Pop-Up Flower Shop.

Growing Leaders - Career Success Chair: Emily Adams	Members are actively seeking involvement to improve their skill sets in agriculture. This can be with guest speakers, tours, SAE visits, and CDE participation.
Growing Leaders - Leadership Chair: Alecta Baxter	Members are actively seeking activities at and above the chapter level to develop their leadership at conferences and conventions.
Growing Leaders - Personal Growth Chair: Alecta Baxter	Members are actively seeking ways to grow within their SAE projects and involvement in the FFA. Their end goals end with degree earnings and proficiency awards.
Growing Leaders - Scholarship Chair: Madilynn Springer	Members are looking for financial assistance. This could be for further education, SAE support or travel opportunities.
Building Communities - Citizenship Chair: Alli Thatcher	Members are the chapter are helping put on or lead activities that are created to help others in the community or in other areas of our county and state.
Building Communities - Economic Development Chair: Boone Baxter	Members in this committee are developing items and encouraging members to participate in events that are put on by the Convoy community.
Building Communities - Human Resources Chair: Austin Yinger	Members in this committee are coordinating and putting on events for the special needs children in our school.
Building Communities - Stakeholder Engagement Chair: Ian Owens	Members in this group are actively involved in activities put on by our local Soil and Water, YAP, Sr. Fair Board and Farm Bureau. They also are involved in our county junior fair board.
Strengthening Agriculture - Agricultural Advocacy Chair: Emily Lichtle	Members in this group aim to promote agriculture through our social media outlets.
Strengthening Agriculture - Agricultural Literacy Chair: Alison Owens	Members in this committee are aiming to educate youth in our community on different forms of agriculture.
Strengthening Agriculture - Chapter Recruitment Chair: Harold Smazenko	Members in this committee are putting on items for members to enjoy as well as promote agriculture classes to under classmen to inspire them to join the FFA when they enter high school.
Strengthening Agriculture - Safety Chair: Austin Yinger	Members in this committee are aiming towards promoting safety not only within operational agriculture but the shop side as well.
Strengthening Agriculture - Support Group Chair: Alecta Baxter	Members in this group are working with organizations such as the Ohio FFA Foundation and Harting Livestock LLC to put on events that are financially supported by them.
